Servo Controller (PPC) is in Parameter Mode

Parameter Mode usually occurs by one of two methods.

1) The user changes the mode from RUN mode to Parameter mode on the HMI "Servo Controller" Window.
2) On rare conditions, particular faults may place the Servo Controller into Parameter Mode.
